We build thousands of creatives every year to support all Scopely games Marketing needs worldwide. You will work on the leading mobile mid-core games like Stumble Guys, among others. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 pThis role is critical in helping Flamed scale efficiently through operational excellence, automation, AI-driven workflows, and continuous process improvement. You will partner across Creative, Production, Finance, Legal, Marketing Operations, and Technical teams to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, implement scalable solutions, and drive measurable business impact. /p pA key focus of this role will be supporting Flamed's operational transformation initiatives, including increasing automation, reducing manual repetitive work, optimising operational costs, improving system adoption, and helping achieve department-wide AI efficiency goals. This position will play a key role in shaping the future of how Flamed operates, ensuring our teams can work smarter, faster, and at greater scale. /p h3Operations Excellence Process Improvement /h3 ul liSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of operational frameworks, workflows, standards, and best practices across Flamed. /li liAnalyse existing workflows and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimisation. /li liExecute process improvement initiatives prioritised by Creative Operations leadership. /li liCreate, maintain, and continuously improve operational documentation, process maps, and knowledge repositories. /li liHelp establish consistent operational standards that improve efficiency, quality, visibility, and scalability across teams. /li liSupport operational audits and reviews by maintaining accurate documentation and process records. /li liTrack operational KPIs and performance metrics, providing data and insights to support leadership decision-making. /li /ul h3Automation AI Enablement /h3 ul liIdentify repetitive manual tasks and recommend opportunities for automation and workflow optimization. /li liDesign, build, test, and maintain workflow automations and operational system configurations under the direction of Creative Operations leadership. /li liSupport the implementation of AI-enabled workflows and automation initiatives aligned with Flamed's AI roadmap. /li liConduct research, testing, and pilot programs for emerging AI tools, automation platforms, and operational technologies. /li liDocument AI and automation workflows, best practices, and adoption guidelines. /li liAssist with AI training initiatives and support adoption efforts across the organisations. /li liMonitor automation performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. /li liTools, Systems Operational Administration /li liServe as a hands‑on administrator and subject matter expert for operational systems and platforms. /li liConfigure and maintain workflows, automations, dashboards, reporting structures, forms, and integrations across operational tools. /li liSupport Wrike administration and workflow optimisation initiatives. /li liPartner with technical teams to implement approved system integrations and automation solutions. /li liMaintain operational reporting frameworks and dashboards that improve visibility into production and operational performance. /li liSupport onboarding and training for new tools, workflows, and operational processes. /li liEnsure operational systems remain organised, scalable, and aligned with established governance standards. /li /ul h3Vendor, Financial Operational Support /h3 ul liSupport operational workflows related to vendor onboarding, procurement processes, invoice tracking, and documentation. /li liMaintain operational records, reporting, and process documentation related to vendor and financial operations. /li liAssist in gathering data and preparing reports related to vendor performance, operational costs, and process efficiency. /li liIdentify opportunities to streamline administrative and operational workflows through automation and process improvements. /li liSupport operational planning activities through reporting, analysis, and process coordination. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liCoordinate operational initiatives across Creative, Production, Marketing Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Analytics, and User Acquisition teams. /li liGather stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into practical operational improvements and system enhancements. /li liSupport change management initiatives and help drive adoption of new tools, workflows, and operational practices. /li liFacilitate communication and alignment across teams during operational improvement projects. /li liEscalate operational risks, dependencies, and blockers to Creative Operations Operations, Business Operations, Production Operations, Program Management, Process Improvement, or similar operational roles. /li liProven experience leading process improvement initiatives and operational transformation projects. /li liDemonstrated experience implementing workflow automation solutions and scalable operational systems. /li liExperience working with AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency. /li liStrong analytical and systems‑thinking mindset with the ability to connect operational challenges to measurable business outcomes. /li liExperience developing KPIs, dashboards, operational reporting, and performance measurement frameworks. /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills,
