The Local Account will operate within the Finance Reporting and Accounting Unit for Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP) in Spain. This position reports to the Head of financial reporting and accounting. The main porpoise of this position is provide the Local & Financial team assistance and the management team with reliable, useful and timely financial information for decision-making and management control needed. And if you have been left wanting to know more and you wonder: what will my day-to-day life be like? • Coordinator of local procurement and back-office services, • Account payables operations, in compliance with GOSP policies, Spanish GAAP and IFRS regulation, • Asset accounting, • Correct maintenance and update of mandatory tax registers (VAT register, Asset register), • Treasury support: management of payment requests and cash collection, • Tax support: collect and provide evidence and analysis for the tax consultant Requirements • At least 4 years of relevant experience, • Economic Degree, • B2 English, spoken and written, • ERP experience, ideally in SAP and Tagetik, • Good command of Microsoft Excel, • Autonomy and excellent organization of time management with focus on deadlines and project priorities in a high dynamic environment, • Problem-solving and analytical skillset, • Communication skills and ability to manage a wide array of different stakeholders, • Strong operational focus, ability to drive topics and deliver results, • Ability to present results clearly and to the point If you think you fit contact us, we are sure that your skills can contribute a lot to our community.
