About the Role We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager with deep expertise in mobile app growth and portfolio-level ownership . This role is ideal for someone who can fully own UA performance end-to-end, manage multiple media channels, and drive scalable, profitable growth. You will be responsible for all paid acquisition channels for the apps you manage, from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting. While strong cross-channel experience is required, a deep specialization in at least one UA channel is a key differentiator for this role. ⚠️ This position is strictly for mobile app UA • candidates with only web or website UA experience will not be considered. Responsibilities Own and manage user acquisition strategy and execution for mobile apps across multiple paid channels Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns with a portfolio management mindset Manage performance across key platforms including AppLovin, Google Ads, Meta , and similar networks Take full ownership of budgets, ROAS, CPI, LTV, retention, and scaling decisions Analyze performance data and continuously optimize creatives, targeting, bidding, and funnel performance Work closely with creative, product, analytics, and engineering teams to improve UA efficiency Test new channels, formats, and approaches to unlock incremental growth Provide clear performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app user acquisition Proven experience managing multiple UA channels simultaneously Strong, practical experience with AppLovin, Google, Meta, TikTok, Unity , or similar mobile ad platforms Deep specialization in at least one UA channel (expert-level knowledge) Solid understanding and hands-on experience with MMPs such as Adjust or AppsFlyer (hard requirement) Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions Experience managing significant budgets and scaling campaigns profitably Clear understanding of mobile attribution, SKAN, post-install metrics, and cohort analysis Nice to Have Experience working with multiple apps or large portfolios Creative testing frameworks and strong creative performance intuition Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments (apps, gaming, subscription, utility, etc. What We Offer High-impact role with full ownership and autonomy Opportunity to work on scalable mobile apps with strong growth potential Collaborative, data-driven environment Competitive compensation based on experience ❗ Important: We are not considering freelancers or consultants who are juggling multiple clients or projects.
