Your role as a Principal Maintenance Manager - EMEA This is a unique opportunity to join GXO, help to shape and drive the strategic direction of automation solutions and maintenance strategy across the region. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Automation & Adaptive Technology for Continental Europe What You Need To Succeed At GXO • Shape Maintenance Strategy: Contribute to the development of a Continental Europe maintenance / automation strategy. Define and implement technical support and maintenance standards for large-scale automated sites., • Drive Operational Efficiency through standardization of maintenance activities: Lead continuous improvement initiatives by benchmarking performance, analysing maintenance metrics, and identifying opportunities to enhance system availability and implement best practices with the aim to reduce downtime, • Support Implementation of Automation Solutions: Guide and support the deployment of new automation technologies, ensuring successful integration and scalability across sites., • Foster Cross-Country Collaboration with Maintenance Teams: Promote and coordinate collaboration across the European operational community to share knowledge, align strategies, and drive synergies.
