FINN APP is scaling its Earned Wage Access (EWA) and financial wellness ecosystem across multiple markets. We are looking for a world-class Strategy Manager to answer critical questions about where to play, how to win, and how to scale. As a Strategy Manager, you will support FINN’s global expansion efforts through deep strategic research, market intelligence, regulatory analysis, and competitive insights. Your work will directly influence executive decisions across market selection, entry strategy, and product viability. This role is ideal for someone from MBB or top-tier consulting (2–5 years) looking to apply analytical and strategic research skills inside a fast-scaling fintech. You will have a combination of strategic and operational work to guide the next phase of FINN’s Worldwide growth. 1. Strategic Research & Market Intelligence • Conduct deep-dive analysis on regulatory frameworks, payment systems, and consumer credit rules., • Build structured insights on business viability, fee caps, licensing pathways, and compliance risks., • Maintain FINN’s global market prioritization and scoring frameworks. 2. New Market Evaluation & Entry Strategy • Analyze market attractiveness (TAM/SAM, labor force data, wages, employer distribution)., • Develop market entry hypotheses, pilot frameworks, and MVP testing strategies., • Support executive decisions on prioritization and sequencing. 3. Competitive & Regulatory Landscape Analysis • Monitor competitors across all FINN-operating markets., • Track regulatory changes impacting digital lending, payment rails, and open banking., • Produce concise briefs on local and global fintech developments. 4. Financial & Operational Modeling • Build business cases for new markets: revenue, costs, unit economics, collection workflows., • Model regulatory constraints (rate caps, fee caps, usury rules)., • Work closely with Data, Ops, and Product on scenario modeling. 5. Strategy Execution Support • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Ops, and Engineering., • Manage relationships with local consultants and advisors for validation., • Deliver high-quality strategic materials (market briefs, playbooks, competitive tear-downs). 6.
