Area or department: Administration and People. The position reports to: Administration, People & Finance Leader. About the position: Full-time or Part-time, to assist and support the Head of Administration, People and Finance in managing and analyzing the company's administrative and accounting tasks, guaranteeing its quality. Consolidating processes and preparing for the company's growth. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive person to support various administrative tasks related to invoice processing, document management, and follow-up on payment receipts. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of working autonomously, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, the candidate must have a good command of English, strong Excel skills, and basic experience in creating presentations. Knowledge of tools such as Asana, Google Drive and Quickbooks is a plus. Responsibilities: Process and manage invoices, payments, and collections, including verifying data, organizing documents, and following up on receipts. Organize and maintain digital and physical files efficiently, ensuring easy access and proper structure (Google Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets). Track and manage documentation requests, deadlines, and approvals. Prepare and review drafts of documents for signatures, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support and collaborate with other departments, including the CEO and the COO, to streamline processes and documentation. Candidate profile: Location: On Site, Barcelona, Spain. Dedication: Although a part-time position is ideal, we do not rule out responsible candidates who need a full-time position.
