From Grafton, we have started the search for a Contract Manager for an industrial multinational based in Córdoba. The Opportunity We are looking for a Contract Manager to join a leading industrial manufacturer located in Córdoba. This position offers the chance to collaborate with multiple business areas and support the contract management function in projects that involve cutting‑edge technology. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contract and risk‑related activities are carried out accurately and on time, safeguarding the company’s interests throughout each project’s lifecycle. Your proactive and hands‑on approach will play a key role in the successful execution of the projects assigned to you. Main Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive support to sales, marketing, and project management teams, reviewing contractual documentation and ensuring it aligns with internal policies., • Take ownership of contract management activities within your assigned projects, ensuring compliance with procedures and coordinating with the various teams involved., • Define and implement contract management strategies based on company policies, customer requirements, potential consortium partners, and the broader project execution plan. Identify risks, opportunities, and key baselines., • Oversee the commercial aspects of the contracts, including payments, claims, variation orders, warranties, provisions, and other key documentation, ensuring timely and accurate handling., • Work closely with sales and marketing teams during the tender stage, ensuring that terms and conditions proposed to clients are aligned with internal guidelines. Contribute to risk assessments for new bids., • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract management within industries such as power generation, transformers, substations, grid solutions, or similar large‑scale industrial environments., • Experience handling contractual agreements of varying complexity during tendering, execution, and closing phases. Background in the energy sector is highly valued., • Strong understanding of change management processes, claims, and legal considerations related to contract execution (change orders, force majeure, etc.)., • Bachelor’s degree in Law preferred; degrees in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics will also be considered., • Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are an advantage., • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different areas., • Prior experience dealing with international product delivery contracts.
