OverviewABOUT INFINNIINFINNI is building the infrastructure that powers the creator economy. We’re a technology company reimagining how creators work by designing powerful, modern tools that make it simple to manage, distribute, and scale their work. The creator economy is on track to exceed $480B by 2027, yet the software powering it is fragmented and outdated. We’re here to change that. Our ecosystem of products—trusted by the biggest names in the industry—streamlines content management, distribution, and monetization. We’re a global team of 150 engineers, designers, marketers, and operators with experience at Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, N26, TIER, and WeWork. United by a shared mission: to empower creators to grow across platforms and markets by centralizing their content, sales, and operations into a single connected ecosystem. Please note that this is only open to candidates based or willing to relocate to the Canary Islands.Role alignmentWhy this role matters: Our growth comes from the people who live inside the creator economy—agencies, managers, tool-builders, and creators who recommend INFINNI because it makes their business run better. The Affiliate Program is how we turn word of mouth into a scalable, measurable revenue channel. As our Affiliate Program Manager, you will own this channel end-to-end. You’ll build the program’s structure, recruit and activate the right partners, and make affiliates one of our most predictable sources of growth. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Growth Marketing teams to ensure affiliate activity compounds with our paid and organic efforts, with our Revenue teams, and with our Community Manager to turn our most engaged community members and KOLs into high-performing affiliates.Responsibilities- Program strategy & structure: Design and continuously improve the affiliate program — commission models, tiers, incentives, and terms — so it's attractive to top partners and profitable for INFINNI.- Affiliate recruitment & onboarding: Identify, pitch, and onboard high-potential affiliates: agencies, creator-economy operators, niche publishers, and community owners. Build a repeatable outreach and activation playbook.- Partner enablement: Give affiliates everything they need to convert — swipe copy, creative assets, landing pages, offers, and product education — in collaboration with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing.- Performance & optimization: Own tracking, attribution, and reporting for the channel. Monitor conversion and payout data, spot what's working, double down on top performers, and re-activate dormant affiliates.- Payouts, compliance & fraud prevention: Manage commission payouts accurately and on time, keep program terms enforced, and protect the channel from fraud, self-referrals, and brand-damaging promotion tactics — all in close collaboration with our Finance team.- Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the bridge between the affiliate channel and the rest of the business. Align campaigns and messaging with Growth Marketing, source affiliates from our VIP community alongside the Community & Influencer Manager, and feed partner insights back to the Rev teams.Qualifications- Experience: 4 years in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or performance partnerships — preferably in the creator economy, B2B SaaS, or a product-led company.- Proven channel ownership: You've built or scaled an affiliate or referral program before and can show its impact in signups and revenue, not just clicks.- Tooling expertise: Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and tracking stacks (e.G. PartnerStack, Impact, Rewardful, FirstPromoter, or in-house solutions) and with attribution fundamentals.- Commercial instincts: You think in unit economics — CAC, payback, commission margins — and can design incentives that motivate partners without eroding profitability.- Networking & hustle: You're a natural relationship builder. You know how to craft a compelling cold outreach message, negotiate a partnership, and turn a partner into a long-term advocate — even in an unfamiliar industry.- Language: Fluent in English (both written and verbal).- Autonomy & proactivity: You don't wait to be told what to do. You can take a program in its early stages and build a scalable, engaging strategy from the ground up.What's in it for you- Competitive salary: Attractive compensation and relocation package commensurate with experience and skills. Bonus Beckham Law tax rate if you are moving to Spain for the first time.- Remote work and yearly company offsite: Flexible working hours and location options (work remotely within the Canary Islands, or from our two offices in Tenerife).- Professional growth: Opportunities for career advancement and personal development in a fast-growing company.- Inclusive culture: Be part of a diverse and collaborative team committed to innovation and excellence.- Collaborative and supportive team: Working with team members who understand the importance of the work you'll be doing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
