Responsibilities Lead the DevSecOps practices and processes within the organization Develop and implement DevSecOps strategies for the organization. Mentor other engineers in the adoption of Cybersecurity best practices. Work with development and operations teams to automate security-based principles. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; alternatively, significant work experience as a Software Engineer, with strong emphasis on Cybersecurity. 8+ years of experience working as DevSecOps Engineer. Strong competence with Network Architecture and related technologies in AWS and/or Azure Cybersecurity competence in SAST, DAST, SIEM, SSO, penetration testing, implementing cybersecurity controls. Competence with Red Team / Blue Team / Purple Team tactics Experience with Cybersecurity Incident Response protocols Competence in cryptographic controls, such as SSH key handling, logging, and auditing. Competence with Key Management Service, key rotation solutions, and automation. Candidates with AWS, Azure and/or Security certifications will be prioritized, especially AWS Certified Security, AWS Certified Advanced Networking. Additional certifications in Cybersecurity and/or Networking (CCNA, CCNP, etc) are highly desirable.
