Cost Optimization Rate Structures: Secure competitive transport rate matrices (including linehaul, parcel injection, and bulky-goods home delivery) that align with corporate profitability targets and budgetary controls. Strict SLA Compliance Accountability: Establish rigorous daily, weekly, and monthly business review (QBR) processes, holding carriers accountable to target On-Time Delivery (OTD) and cargo damage mitigation standards. Flexible Capacity Architecture: Build a highly responsive carrier pipeline capable of scaling container, truckload, and final-mile volume rapidly during e-commerce peak seasons and promotional events.br/br/Position Requirements Deep Procurement Freight Mastery: Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of contract negotiation and tariff management within the Spanish road transport and final-mile delivery markets. Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to conduct complex local contract negotiations and deliver clear strategic procurement presentations to global HQ.
