JD: • Develop and execute sales strategies for aerial work platforms (AWP) to achieve assigned sales targets., • Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts (rental companies, construction enterprises, industrial clients, distributors, etc.)., • Build and maintain long-term relationships with major customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business., • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers., • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing feedback to HQ and product teams., • Collaborate with the after-sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer support., • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events., • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, ensuring transparency and accuracy., • Travel frequently within the assigned territory for customer visits and business development. Qualifications: • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Aerial Work Platform (AWP) industry., • Proven experience working for AWP manufacturer (OEM background required)., • Strong, well-established relationships with major rental companies and key accounts in Germany., • In-depth understanding of fleet sales, rental business models, and key account management., • Demonstrated track record of achieving high-value sales targets within the AWP sector., • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen. xcskxlj, • English as a working language is required.
