Sales & Marketing Operations Intern (AI & Automation) 📍 Madrid/Spain (hybrid / remote) 🎓 University internship (convenio) ⏱ Part-time 🚀 About KADO KADO is a digital business card and contact management platform used by professionals and companies to share contact details, capture leads, and manage relationships — all in one place. We’re a fast-growing startup working with clients like NFL teams, airlines, and investment firms — and we’re building the next generation of networking tools. 🎯 What this role is about This is not a typical marketing or sales internship. You will work directly with the founder to build and improve the systems behind our sales and onboarding processes. 👉 Your goal: Make sure every lead, demo, and user experience runs smoothly — and gets better over time 🔧 What you’ll do 1. Sales & demo operations • Ensure demo flows run smoothly (reminders, preparation, follow-ups), • Help structure and organize CRM (HubSpot) data, • Prepare automations to trigger follow-up emails and reminders after demos2. CRM & automation support, • Maintain clean and structured data in HubSpot, • Help build simple workflows and automations, • Make sure no leads are lost or forgotten3. Onboarding & content creation, • Create simple demo and onboarding videos with Canva, • Use AI tools (e.g. ElevenLabs) for voiceovers, • Turn repetitive explanations into reusable content4. Process improvement, • Identify inefficiencies in how we work, • Suggest and implement small improvements, • Help us automate repetitive tasks 🧠 What we’re looking for We’re looking for a curious and structured university student (2nd–3rd year), ideally studying ADE, Business, or similar. ✅ Strong fit if you: • Are highly organized and detail-oriented, • Like improving how things work, • Are curious and proactive (you don’t just wait for instructions), • Have used AI tools like ChatGPT in your daily workflow, • Communicate clearly in writing ➕ Bonus (not required): • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Zapier, N8N, etc., • Interest in startups, SaaS, or tech 🚫 Not a fit if: • You’re only interested in social media/content creation, • You prefer very structured tasks without ownership, • You don’t enjoy working with tools and systems 🌱 What you’ll learn • How a startup builds and scales its sales processes, • How to use AI to automate real business workflows, • How CRM systems like HubSpot work in practice, • How to think in systems, not just tasks 🤝 Why join us • Work directly with the founder, • Full real ownership from day one, • Learn practical skills (not theory), • Build experience in AI + operations (high-demand skillset in AI era) 📄 Internship Details • This is a curricular internship (convenio with university), • Part-time (flexible based on your schedule), • Location: Madrid ideally, otherwise in Spain (hybrid / remote), • Compensation: unpaid internship (convenio required)
