Job Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented and strategic Optimisation Initiatives Senior Lead to drive key commercial optimisation projects and cross‑regional initiatives. In this role, you will connect supply and demand, lead marketing and sales projects, support commercial teams, and coordinate specific initiatives requiring cross‑functional alignment. You will work closely with Sales, Regional Managers, hotel partners, clients, and internal support teams to ensure successful execution of projects that enhance performance, efficiency, and commercial outcomes. Responsibilities • Connect supply and demand by leading targeted optimisation initiatives (e.g., Long‑Haul Corridors, tailored contracting, GST‑related projects)., • Manage Global and Regional Marketing Campaigns from planning to execution and performance tracking., • Lead the development and implementation of specific Sales projects and commercial initiatives., • Coordinate ad‑hoc projects involving multiple regions and teams., • Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, communication, and implementation., • Support Sales teams with project execution, materials, guidance, and coordination., • Act as an intermediary between clients and hotel partners for designated commercial or optimisation projects., • Identify specific Sales and CTS training needs., • Collaborate with the Academy Lead and Regional Managers to deliver targeted, project‑related training. Skillset and Experience Required • Experience in commercial roles, sales support, project management, or business optimisation., • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions., • Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional and cross‑regional initiatives., • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills., • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously., • Proficiency with CRM tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms., • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Clients, Hotels, and internal support areas., • Advanced English.
