Estamos buscando un/a ayudante de camarero/a que quiera participar en este proyecto y ayudar a prosperar la marca Breogán. Somos una joven empresa de restauración de cocina Gallega, que apuesta por un producto de primera calidad y un servicio exclusivo a sus clientes. Estamos situados en Palma de Mallorca Centro y desde aquí nos gustaría crecer y expandir con la marca Rey Breogán Restaurante. Nuestro primer proyecto será el Restaurante Breogán Cocina Gallega. Nuestro Restaurante tiene un enfoque 100% al producto gallego. Requisitos: buscamos un/a camarero/a con mínimo 2 a 3 años de experiencia. Condiciones: horarios fijos durante toda la temporada - Incorporación: Inmediata Salario: por encima del convenio balear. Obligaciones: Capacidad de llevar la sala con otra persona. Atención al cliente con cercanía, amabilidad y trato exclusivo. Llevar el control y la gestión de barra, la calidad de compras y almacén. Promocionar y potenciar la imagen del restaurante. Colaborar con el control de existencias y materias primas y pedidos de inventario. Department: Management About you Skills required: • Excellent communication skills, • Experience in managing teams, • Good commercial skills Minimum requirements: • Experience as Deputy Manager in an urban hotel, at least 4 years., • Academic Degree, technical certificate level, preferably in Tourism, Hotel or equivalent, • Fluent in English, spoken and written., • Experience in comprehensive management of the hotel, management, operational and customer manners. Language required: English.
