Now we want to build a real outbound engine, powered by AI and automation, and we need the right person to lead it. We are looking for a Growth Manager to build and own how we grow, from the ground up. This is a hands on role for someone who wants to design and run the systems, not just talk about them. This is a newly created role with real ownership from day one, and there is genuine room to grow as you prove impact. • Design, build and run our outbound systems (list building, enrichment, sequencing, personalisation at scale) using tools such as Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, or similar., • Own our CRM (Odoo) end to end: pipeline structure, data quality and reporting, • Generate and qualify leads, and book them directly as appointments into our sales team's calendars, • Analyse the sales team's performance data (response times, conversion rates, pipeline health) and give feedback to help them improve, • Work with our four market leaders across Europe to roll out new outbound processes and tools, and hold them accountable when adoption falls short, • Improve our inbound channels, including our ecommerce and website performance, • Grow our distributor partnerships, and explore new partnerships and marketplace opportunities to open additional sales channels, • Own our distributor portal project, • Bring our recent rebrand and new website to life across our sales and outreach materials, • Use AI and automation wherever it makes us faster and sharper, from outreach to reporting to internal feedback loops, • Real hands on experience running outbound campaigns with modern AI tools. We value people who grow with a company rather than move often, • Comfortable building from scratch in a small, unstructured environment, without a playbook to follow, • Fluent in Spanish and English. Catalan, French, German or Italian are a plus, • Based in or around Barcelona area., • Competitive salary based on experience, • A newly created role with direct impact on the company's growth strategy, • The chance to build something from zero in a company that is investing heavily in AI and automation, • A flat, hands on culture where doers are valued over talkers #J-18808-Ljbffr
