Responsabilidades • Gestionar el proceso de nóminas junto con la gestoría asignada en calidad, tiempo y forma informando de cualquier modificación contractual (contratación, despido, baja voluntaria, excedencia, baja laboral, accidente de trabajo…), modificación compensatoria y/o de beneficios, promoción interna o cualquier otra evolución o modificación de las condiciones laborales que tengan un impacto en nómina., • Estar informado de las evoluciones e implicaciones de los diversos convenios colectivos y leyes vigentes en cada momento con el fin de velar por la aplicación de estas normativas en el proceso de nómina., • Colaborar en la elaboración de informes y KPI’s según necesidad de la compañía: estudios salariales, previsiones y control del bonus anual, desvinculaciones, etc., • Gestionar los beneficios sociales y la aplicación de éstos en nómina., • Colaborar en la elaboración y control los costes de personal., • Mantener los expedientes del personal contratado actualizados y con la información fácilmente accesible y relevante., • Gestionar las firmas de los contratos y acuerdos de los trabajadores., • Gestionar las comunicaciones legales al Comité de Seguridad y Salud y Comité de empresa cuando corresponda., • Colaborar junto con el departamento de Talent Acquisition en las ofertas contractuales en lo que se refiere a salarios y beneficios por posición, experiencia y centro de trabajo así como categoría profesional., • Colaborar de manera estrecha con los HRBPs asociados a la nómina gestionada.
