Evaluates implementation results against the proposed solution, assessing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Acts as a role model for the team, managing their development as a People Lead: Establishes and implements a communication strategy to clearly define team objectives. Develops and manages talent within the team, leveraging tools to enhance people and organizational goals. Conducts logical analyses, identifies issues, seeks and interprets relevant information to share and coordinate data within the team, and helps remove obstacles to progress. Supports, encourages, and motivates team members to foster commitment to the organization and area objectives. Listens to team members, gathers their professional and personal needs, and collaborates with HR to facilitate career development. Participates in decision-making regarding professional development, evaluation, and team performance. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent vocational training). Strong foundation in platform development, organization, time management, conflict resolution, prioritization, methodologies, and English proficiency. Extensive experience in business data collection, interpretation, and process optimization. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Project Manager / Solution Architect). Proficiency in software tools related to the core technologies of the implemented applications. Collaboration with business units and technology teams to enhance services, environments, and customer experience. Data Engineering & Cloud: Talend, Pentaho, Datorama, SQL, Python. Buscamos un Delivery Manager, eCommerce B2B, que lidere el diseño, la puesta en marcha y la mejora continua de la nueva plataforma digital de la compañía para sus clientes. Se trata de un rol clave en un equipo reducido, con fuerte exposición estratégica y al mismo tiempo responsabilidad operativa directa. Diseñar y desarrollar la plataforma B2B de comercio electrónico y portal de distribuidores. Garantizar procesos fluidos de configuración de producto, precios, pedidos y seguimiento de entregas . Integrar la plataforma con los sistemas de fábrica y preparar su conexión futura con los sistemas ERP/MRP de grandes clientes. Recoger feedback de distribuidores y del negocio para mejoras continuas . Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de ventas, marketing y producción, actuando como puente entre negocio y tecnología . Configurar y adaptar herramientas digitales según las necesidades del negocio (se valorará experiencia en programación ligera o auto-desarrollo a pequeña escala). Experiencia en la implantación de plataformas de e-commerce, CRM o soluciones digitales de entrega (idealmente en entornos B2B). Conocimiento de procesos digitales, arquitecturas y plataformas tecnológicas. Capacidad para entender la estrategia de negocio y traducirla en procesos y herramientas digitales. Mentalidad estratégica y orientación práctica , con capacidad para proponer mejoras de cara a cliente. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato con clientes y equipos internos. Nivel medio-alto de inglés (imprescindible). Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, Informática, Negocio Digital o similar, o experiencia equivalente. As member of Cyber Intelligence & Security Operations Center (CISOC) team, he/she will be focus on cloud security. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience securing applications deployed across AWS, Azure, and GCP and to monitor and enforce cloud security policies, vulnerability scans, analyzing results, and working with various teams to remediate identified risks. Key responsabilities: • Management and maintenance of the CSPM/CWPP solution. • Provide training and guidance to IT teams on cloud security best practices. • Collaboration on the improvement of the security detection capabilities with Cloud Foundation and DevOps teams. • Act as point of contact for managing & delivering various vulnerability & misconfigurations reports. • Working in close collaboration with the IT Team members and stakeholders to deliver and implement technology solutions in support of the business objectives to improve productivity and enhance processes and security. • Understand Boehringer framework and follow defined processes. Ensure compliant documentation requirements and guarantee its production as required according to the SOPs and working instructions. • Work with various risk & information security teams in presenting cloud security status & updates to technology subject matter experts & management. Experience & Skills • Proven experience in cloud providers like AWS, Azure or GCP.
