Ability to identify client/supplier information and supporting documents at once., • Ability to work in coordination with remote teams located in different countries., • Check accounting documents and identify conflicts or issues at once., • Prepare ad-hoc financial presentations. Well-versed with business process evaluation, documentation, compliance, and control ensuring that our purchase and sales contracts are accurately posted., • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. Collect, validate, and update all information that is directly related to the company business and coordinate with the accountants, ensuring correct posting., • Liaise with External Auditors on annual audit requirements/deadlines, being the supporting person with audits and our audit company., • Work with the Logistic department on a daily basis to ensure smooth execution of all trade operations., • Provide to owners data and necessary analysis related to the financial budget and keep up to date with trade information and trading budgets. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 1. Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance or accounting or similar., 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and financing banks. Other languages are a plus., 3. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook), 4. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service., 5. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices., 6.
