This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, international environment with global exposure and meaningful. /ph3What You'll Do /h3h3Executive Partnership /h3ulliProvide high-level administrative and operational support to senior global executives. /liliProactively manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and scheduling across multiple time zones. /liliAnticipate executive needs and help optimize time, productivity, and decision‑making. /li /ulh3Travel Expense Management /h3ulliCoordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries. /liliManage travel and entertainment expenses using bConcur /b and bEgencia /b, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. /li /ulh3Meeting Leadership Coordination /h3ulliOrganize executive meetings, leadership sessions, business reviews, and cross‑functional engagements. /liliPrepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, trackers, and follow‑up actions. /liliEnsure all logistics are executed with exceptional attention to detail. /li /ulh3Barcelona Experiences Executive Events /h3ulliSupport the planning and execution of local initiatives, culinary activations, executive visits, and team experiences. /liliCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver engaging, high‑quality experiences. /li /ulh3Stakeholder Management /h3ulliAct as a key liaison between executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners. /liliFacilitate clear communication, timely follow‑up, and seamless coordination across global teams. /li /ulh3Administrative Excellence /h3ulliMaintain organized digital files, documentation, shared resources, and administrative processes. /liliHandle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. /li /ulh3Team Culture Support /h3ulliContribute to onboarding activities, team engagement initiatives, and experiences that strengthen collaboration and company culture. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3h3What You'll Bring /h3ullib5+ years of experience /b supporting senior executives (Vice President level or above) in a multinational or fast‑paced corporate environment. /liliDemonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars and international travel. /liliHands‑on experience with bConcur /b and bEgencia /b for travel and expense management. /liliOutstanding organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. /liliA proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent attention to detail. /liliExceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. /liliHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information. /liliFlexibility to collaborate with global teams across different time zones. /liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). /liliExperience using Apple devices and digital collaboration tools is an advantage. /lilibFluent English is required.
