An international company operating in the online investment market (trading platform) is looking for people to work in Polish as an Account Manager in the retention department for its new office in Las Lagunas,Mijas. Experience in sales, telephone customer service and target-based work is welcome but not required, as we provide a course to prepare you for this position. Who are we looking for? - communicative people with a lot of energy - passionate about the world of finance and investments - courageous people with ideas - fluent in Polish - interested in the world, politics, economy - team players who enjoy working and building a good team not only in the workplace. Responsibilities: - telephone contact with Polish clients who have an account on the platform offered by the company - providing assistance and training on the platform and customer service for each enquiry - providing the client with market updates, news on financial markets.
