Japanese Speaking Human Resources (HR) Officer Job Type: Full-time *Training provided Language Requirements Japanese: Fluent level English: Responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new hires, including monitoring onboarding timelines and tracking deadlines. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Assist in performance management processes Assist with additional HR-related tasks and administrative support as required, with specific responsibilities to be defined as needs evolve. Fully remote (work from home) For security reasons, work must be performed from home Annual performance-based bonus Three-month probation period (salary paid during probation) Payments will be made to your local bank account Holidays & Leave Japanese public holidays BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or any other related field Fluent-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency Solid HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced multinational company Strong computer literacy Your English proficiency (Please specify any certifications you hold.)
