Role Overview As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand support to the Director, managing daily operations, streamlining communication, and ensuring strategic priorities are executed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support Operations & Multi-Sector Coordination What We Are Looking For (Requirements) • Languages: English and Spanish, other languages are plus, • Adaptability: Proven ability to multitask and seamlessly pivot between different industries and business concepts., • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and emotional intelligence., • Discretion: Absolute trustworthiness with a proven track record of handling highly confidential and sensitive business information., • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and project management tools like Asana or Trello)., • Growth Mindset: A proactive "problem-solver" attitude.     Estamos buscando una persona organizada, resolutiva y con atención al detalle para incorporarse a nuestro equipo como Back office inmobiliario. La persona seleccionada será responsable de dar soporte operativo y administrativo al día a día de la actividad inmobiliaria, realizando seguimiento de procesos, coordinación de tareas y control de operaciones. Funciones principales: • Seguimiento de valoraciones inmobiliarias., • Gestión y seguimiento de pedidos y solicitudes., • Coordinación con propietarios y clientes., • Control y actualización de CRM., • Seguimiento de documentación y expedientes., • Organización de agendas y coordinación de visitas., • Soporte administrativo al equipo comercial., • Seguimiento del estado de operaciones., • Resolución de incidencias y apoyo operativo general. Requisitos: • Persona muy organizada y proactiva., • Buenas habilidades de comunicación., • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente., • Manejo de herramientas digitales y ofimática (Excel, CRM, etc.)., • Se valorará experiencia previa en inmobiliaria, administración o atención al cliente., • Nivel alto de español y Catalán; se valorarán otros idiomas.
