We are currently looking for a professional with a strong background in the Construction or Engineering industry to lead the growth of our Construction & Engineering division in Barcelona. Job description: As Team Leader, you will be responsible for building a strong portfolio of clients, driving the success of recruitment projects, and leading a team of consultants toward their goals. Your main responsibilities will include: • Developing and managing a comprehensive portfolio of clients within the Construction & Engineering sector., • Leading recruitment projects for technical, managerial, and executive roles within construction and industrial environments., • Recruiting, developing, and mentoring a team of consultants to ensure delivery of high-level recruitment services., • Experience: Minimum of 7 years' experience in the Construction or Engineering industry.
