Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the teammates to ensure the highest standards of the service and presentation. - Maintain a clean and organised place, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. - Assist in inventory management, ordering, and maintaining quality control of the front of the house. - Actively participate in menu development, bringing forward ideas for continuous improvement. Requirements: - Strong understanding of various selling/talking techniques and Japanese cuisine. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
