From our new gigafactory in Sagunto (Valencia), we’re driving a project that’s transforming both the region and the future of clean mobility in Europe — and you can be part of it. /p h3Your role and key responsibilities /h3 h3Project Management /h3 ul liManage and coordinate all aspects of day‑to‑day works for BSI (Battery Specific Infrastructure), that includes organizing of equipment setup, steering of material for on‑site installations, headcount planning of external contractors, and ramp‑up activities. /li liMonitor work progress and ensure execution follows official schedules, drawings and specifications. /li liEnsure compliance with quality standards, technical requirements and company procedures. /li liManage the resolution of technical and execution issues to provide for BSI project leader and team. /li liLead end‑to‑end project delivery, including scoping, execution, and governance, ensuring high‑quality outcomes. /li /ul h3Project Planning Schedule Control /h3 ul liDevelop, maintain and control detailed project schedules aligned with the overall Primavera Planning. /li liEnsure adherence to project timelines and budgets, while maintaining full transparency on risks and opportunities. Develop, implement and execute mitigation strategies to address potential delays or cost overruns. /li liManage and set project objectives, allocating resources, and monitoring delivery performance. /li liSynchronize project milestones with internal teams, contractors and subcontractors. /li liIdentify critical paths, risks, deviations and schedule impacts. /li liDefine, implement and track mitigations and preventive action plans. /li liPartner with production, logistics, and quality functions to drive BSI execution strategy. /li /ul h3Health, Safety Environment (HSE) /h3 ul liHSE coordination for all BSI contractors and subcontractors. /li liEnsure safe working conditions on site and full compliance with internal standards and governmental regulations. /li liSupport and report HSE requirements (visas, headcount, machinery, materials, permits and licenses). /li /ul h3Operations Management with Contractors /h3 ul liEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with contractors and subcontractors. /li liAct as the central point of contact for cross‑functional coordination for the respective project area, interfacing with technical factory organization, logistics, permitting, procurement and other line functions. /li liManage and report contractors performance. /li liEnsure contractors comply with contractual, safety, quality and schedule requirements. /li /ul h3Permitting Regulatory Coordination /h3 ul liManage permits, licenses and regulatory approvals required for construction activities. /li liParticipate with contractors during the development of execution project documentation to ensure compliance with permitting, environmental and regulatory requirements. /li liIdentify permitting risks and define mitigation plans to protect project timeline. /li /ul h3Project Management Operational Excellence /h3 ul liImplement best practices in construction execution and project delivery. /li liMaintain dashboards for KPIs, risks and performance tracking. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, efficiency and quality. /li /ul h3Communication, Reporting Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liEnsure transparent and consistent information flow between BSI execution team and involved stakeholders (Facility, Equipment, PMO, Logistics, contractors and subcontractors). /li liPrepare daily and weekly progress status reports. /li liLead regular construction coordination meetings and escalation meetings. /li liCommunicate execution progress, risks and mitigation measures to management and stakeholders. /li liCoordinate execution activities with Value Stream Managers (VSMs) and stakeholders. /li /ul h3Core values and Goals /h3 ul liSupport and facilitate PowerCo’s code of conduct and core values including collaboration, commitment and curiosity. /li liSupport and facilitate PowerCo’s common and individual goals. /li /ul h3What you bring to the team /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Engineering‑Business‑Administration or Business‑Communication‑Project‑Management /li liMinimum 2‑3 years’ experience in Project Management /li liExperience in timeline tracking, supplier management, project management /li liExperience in automotive Industry or Battery or Pharmaceutical or semiconductor Industry /li liAbility to adapt to and maintain flexibility with the juggling of multiple projects /li liAdvanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) /li liKnow‑how in schedule software (MMP, Primavera, etc.) /li liWorking knowledge of OneDrive, SharePoint, MS Teams, Concur and SAP strongly desired /li liStrong organizational and problem‑solving skills /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills /li liFluent in Chinese (mandatory) /li liWillingness to travel internationally. /li /ul h3What makes you stand out /h3 ul liDemonstrates adaptability to shifting priorities and demands. /li liPlease submit your CV in English. /li /ul h3What to look forward to /h3 ul liPowerCo Battery Spain S.A.U. provides an unique opportunity to be part of a growing company with a strong sustainable and innovative conscience.
