Job Summary Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer – Ping Identity (m/f/d). Location: Madrid or Barcelona, or flexibly remote from within Spain. Responsibilities Operate, administer, and continuously enhance IAM systems, focusing on Ping Identity solutions. Manage and maintain Ping Identity components in on‑premise or hybrid infrastructures. Monitor system health, connectors, workflows, and integrations, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Manage access control policies, authentication flows, and integrations, particularly using PingAM. Maintain integrations with directories, HR systems, applications, ITSM platforms, and SIEM tools. Implement system changes, patches, and enhancements in accordance with change‑management best practices. Collaborate closely with customer teams to improve processes, performance, and system reliability. Maintain and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge‑base articles. Experience & Qualifications Hands‑on experience with one or more Ping Identity products, such as PingAM, PingIDM, or PingDirectory (formerly ForgeRock). Relevant certifications are a plus. Solid knowledge of IAM concepts and protocols, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC). Experience operating IAM systems in on‑premise or hybrid environments. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs, APIs, connectors, and relational databases. Experience working with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and confident use of Microsoft Office tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused communication style. Language skills: Spanish fluent, English (B2 level); Portuguese would be a strong plus.
