Role Overview As a Platform Lead Buyer, you will enforce sourcing decisions across Platform SoCo for all P1 awards, manage contractual requirements, monitor supplier performance and capacity, and drive productivity actions to meet CAA targets. Key Responsibilities • Enforce sourcing decisions derived from Platform SoCo on all P1 awards., • Perform P1 SoCo for all Platform Components and issue VRF and Letter of Nomination in line with the assigned Price Matrix, LTA & BL negotiated by the Platform Purchasing Manager., • Set targets for volumes and cost according to segment strategies and regional constraints., • Finalize contractual requirements for platform components such as S‑VRF and Logistic Protocol, ensuring supplier understanding and coordination with project teams., • Monitor and anticipate capacity risks in line with PF volume ramp‑up and support mitigation plans., • Promote use of PuMa features across project teams., • Coordinate the APQ‑pp process with project teams and the SQA network in SRM., • Track supplier achievement of PQA milestones and project milestones., • Assess pre‑selected supplier risk impacts (development/production capacity, technical or quality capability, financial sustainability) and propose mitigation plans., • Communicate with P1 Development centers and enforce PF Panel award in P1., • Implement productivities and productivity actions worldwide and ensure documentation is stored in PuMa (contracts, LON, LTA, BL)., • Manage update in Serial Life and trigger qualification of changes with Technical and Customer networks., • Report platform purchasing KPIs and lead productivity action plans (VP & PTBV) to reach CAA targets., • Ensure proper transfer to Serial Production, including remaining productivity actions., • Support P1 project buyers to meet SOP objectives through commodity strategy, localisation, and supply‑base securisation.Required Skills & Experience, • Engineering degree or Master’s with >5–10 years of purchasing and procurement experience., • Background in automotive sector is desirable., • Strong abstraction, lateral and holistic thinking., • Excellent negotiation skills., • English proficiency is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage., • Ability to travel and work on‑site as required. xcskxlj Benefits, • Work in a leading global company committed to sustainability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
