Overview In this role you support industrialization and production efficiency for Valeo’s manufacturing perimeter. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate equipment, lead Lean design workshops, and drive process validation and standardization. You’ll monitor equipment performance, support PFMEA/CONTROL PLAN activities, and work with suppliers to optimize cycle time and costs. This is a hands-on engineering role in a global, sustainability-driven environment that values continuous improvement and cross-border collaboration. You will contribute to safe, efficient production and to reducing environmental impact while growing your technical and leadership capabilities. Compensaciones / Beneficios • customized career plan, • comprehensive integration and buddy program, • flexible compensation plan with health insurance, • continuous training and language courses, • outdoor and sports facilities, • canteen Responsabilidades, • Industrialization of new lines and equipment, • Improve production efficiency (machine and direct labor), • Participate in design of new equipment and lines, • Lead Lean design workshops, • Manage equipment installation using IPROM, • Follow equipment/line development with suppliers, • Design small tools and validate supplier proposals, • Define acceptance criteria for equipment/lines and perform pre-acceptance/acceptance, • Run line trials and deliver reports; build action plans for readiness, • Support PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN activities, • Monitor QCDM and drive improvements; reduce cycle time, • Update routing in information systems with SPV validation, • Support production technicians (training, analysis, problem solving), • Coordinate with suppliers for improvements and support, • Participate in SPV workshops and QRQC activities, • Apply and promote SPV, PG RAISE, and CdC standards, • Ensure safety and environmental procedures are respected, • Maintain 5S and report issues Requisitos principales, • >3 years experience in process engineering, • Knowledge and passion for the automotive industry, • Electronics, Telecommunication, Industrial, or Aeronautical Engineering Degree/Master, • Negotiation, • English level mandatory; other languages a plus, • negotiation, • problem solving, • cross-functional collaboration, • process engineering, • PFMEA, • CONTROL PLAN
