Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and digitally savvy marketing expert to take full responsibility for the brand's digital content, website management, and full-funnel media strategy (online and offline) in the Spanish market. You will be not only a shaper of the brand image but also a key bridge connecting media investment and online traffic to offline sales. We expect you to enhance brand influence and directly drive business growth through integrated marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Digital Content Strategy & Creation • Develop and execute the brand's digital communication strategy, including content planning, user engagement, and reputation management across owned and paid channels., • Independently or by coordinating a team, plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality digital content, including videos, graphics, and written formats., • Optimize content strategy based on platform best practices and audience behavior to maximize performance and engagement. Web Management & Optimization • Oversee the brand’s official website(s) and landing pages for the Spanish market, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines., • Manage website updates, product launches, and campaign-related content, working closely with global and local teams., • Optimize website performance, UX/UI, and conversion funnels to improve lead generation and customer journey., • Coordinate with developers and external agencies on technical improvements, SEO implementation, and tracking setup (e.g., pixels, tagging, analytics tools)., • Monitor website performance metrics (traffic, bounce rate, time on site, conversions) and continuously optimize based on insights. Media Buying & Integrated Campaign Management (Online & Offline) • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across digital platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic)., • Plan and manage offline media buying, including TV, radio, print, outdoor (OOH), and other traditional channels, ensuring alignment with overall campaign objectives., • Develop integrated media plans that combine online and offline channels to maximize reach, frequency, and conversion impact., • Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets., • Collaborate with media agencies, publishers, and partners to negotiate placements, monitor delivery, and ensure campaign effectiveness., • Develop audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and retargeting approaches to drive qualified traffic and leads., • Continuously test and optimize creatives, messaging, and formats (A/B testing) to improve campaign performance., • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across both online and offline channels (e.g., CPC, CPA, GRPs, reach, frequency, foot traffic), providing actionable insights and recommendations. Dealer Digital Marketing Enablement & Management • Provide dealers with digital marketing strategy consultation, content review, and standardized guidance to ensure their online activities comply with brand guidelines and have local effectiveness., • Oversee the content quality and brand consistency on dealer websites., • Manage the development, distribution, and usage training of digital marketing materials for dealers (e.g., digital ad creatives, campaign templates). Online Campaign Execution & Performance Conversion • Plan and execute online launch events, virtual showrooms, online roadshows, and other digital activations., • Work closely with the sales team to design conversion paths from online traffic to offline store visits and sales, monitoring and analyzing data at each stage to continuously optimize conversion rates., • Ensure strong integration between media campaigns and dealership activities to maximize footfall and sales impact., • Support offline events (e.g., auto shows, test drives) with integrated media planning, pre-event promotion, and post-event performance tracking. Data Analysis & Strategy Optimization • Monitor and analyze performance data across all channels (digital and offline), and submit regular performance reports., • Measure the impact of offline media on digital traffic and sales (e.g., uplift analysis, attribution models, geo-based performance tracking)., • Quickly adjust content strategy, website performance, and media allocation based on data insights to ensure maximum return on marketing investment., • Perform other related duties as required by business needs. Essential Skills & Experience: • +6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, web management, and media buying (including both online and offline channels). Experience in the automotive industry or premium consumer goods is highly preferred., • Strong knowledge of media planning, buying, and performance measurement across digital and traditional channels (TV, OOH, radio, print)., • Hard Skills: Strong capabilities in video production/editing, copywriting, website management (CMS tools), SEO/SEM, and digital advertising platforms.
