We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or aggression—verbal, physical, direct, or indirect—toward people or property. 🎯Mission Drive the optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement of global SAP PP processes within KION ITS EMEA, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality supply chain operations across all regions. 📝Key Responsibilities • Define, implement, and continuously improve global system processes in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders., • Ensure alignment with global standards, promoting harmonization and best practices across regions and sites., • Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks through analysis and monitoring, and implement effective improvement actions., • Lead the design, validation, and implementation of new business requirements and process enhancements., • Act as the main point of contact for key users and business units regarding process-related topics and system requirements., • Coordinate and support the global key user network, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing., • Support scope validation and expansion initiatives across international locations., • Ensure successful implementation of process changes, including testing, deployment, and end-user training., • Proactively communicate updates, decisions, and changes to all relevant stakeholders., • Identify opportunities for innovation, digitalization, and further process standardization across the supply chain landscape. 📚Qualifications & Experience • University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience., • Several years of experience working with SAP PP or similar ERP systems within Supply Chain or Manufacturing environments., • Experience in business process analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement., • Proven experience working in international and cross-functional environments, collaborating with both IT and business stakeholders., • Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications., • Fluent in English (mandatory)., • Additional languages such as German or other EMEA languages are a plus., • Willingness to travel internationally. ✏️Competencies & Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work in complex, matrix, and international environments, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, • Ability to influence and lead without direct authority (lateral leadership), • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach, • Results-driven and well-organized ✨What We Offer This is your opportunity to grow your career in a solid, technology-driven company with international reach and constant expansion—where everything is possible. 🛠 Stable employment in a leading company within its sector. 💰 Salary based on experience and skills. 💼 Hybrid work model with up to 50% remote work. 🩺 Private health insurance fully covered by the company. ✅ Flexible compensation plan. 📚 Access to LinkedIn Learning platform. 🌐 Join a friendly work environment with a committed team, where our values are integrity, collaboration, courage, and excellence.
