Coordinate Finance, IT, business, and external partners to define requirements, project scope, and transformation objectives. Support finance process transformation across areas such as reporting, planning, controlling, accounting, and financial operations. Manage vendors and third-party integrations, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives. Ensure delivery complies with pharmaceutical industry regulations, IT governance, and internal quality standards. Provide executive-level reporting and communicate project progress, risks, and business value to senior stakeholders. Required Qualifications 5+ years of IT Project Management experience in a senior or lead capacity. Proven experience delivering Finance Transformation, Finance IT, or financial systems projects . Strong understanding of finance processes, operating models, and enterprise technology landscapes . Experience translating strategic finance objectives into technology and transformation initiatives . Experience with enterprise financial platforms such as SAP, SAC, Workday, Oracle, or similar solutions . Strong financial acumen, including budget management, cost analysis, business cases, and ROI. Experience managing complex global projects involving Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership. Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another regulated industry is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications Experience with global finance transformation, process harmonization, or finance operating model initiatives. Experience with automation, digital finance, analytics, or financial reporting transformation. PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification. Six Sigma, Lean, or business process optimization experience. Experience managing multi-site or global transformation programs and third-party delivery partners.
