The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of security solutions and initiatives, as well as ensuring that project timelines, budgets and quality standards are met. As member of PMO team the IT Project Manager focus on security will be leading and motivating all delivery team members involved in set programs, to ensure quality into deliveries and drive time focus goals, tracking progress and communicating with all teams involved in the project including senior management across the organization. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liUnderstand the cyber-security landscape and partner with technology teams to prioritize and define the security roadmap in order to deliver results. /li liWork side by side with the Cybersecurity Director on strategic vision of the Cyber Portfolio. /li liEstablish and maintain a next-gen product development team with a focus on automation, integration, and next-gen delivery services that enable the cybersecurity delivery team to provide effective and efficient services to our customers. /li liAnalyzing, planning, and developing scheduled projects. /li liHolding regular technical team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding projects. /li liUpdating and maintaining track of project progress. /li liReporting and communicating status of project. /li liManaging risks and issues identified to ensure successful delivery of the project on time. /li liDrive all aspects of the Project Management role including collaboration and coordination across multiple IT and business segments, working with Presales for RFP responses and building offers, and constantly communicating with upper management. /li liMotivates delivery team members, drives precision and quality into deliveries. /li liOrchestrates launches that comprise project deliverables as well as production issue fixes, which may occur outside regular business hours. /li liLeads delivery teams during post-launch phases for expedited issue resolution. /li liActively maps, studies, and addresses risks and issues by elaborating a mitigation/response plan while proactively tracking its execution. /li liCreate and deliver professional presentations on project kick-offs, phase gates, status reports, etc. /liliTracks budget and resource utilization across while managing third party relationships (procurement) in the successful achievement of project/program delivery. /li liTechnically biased, engages with engineering in technical discussions with Software Engineers, Product Owners, and System Engineers facilitating/driving issue resolution and removing cross-functional impediments to keep the team focused on delivery. /li liMentors junior colleagues and helps to find pathways to difficult situations occurring in other projects. /li liPlays the business analyst role when needed, helping with the requirements elicitation and documentation. /li /ul h3The skills we would love to see in your suitcase! /h3 ul liExcellent experience in delivering large scale Technology projects focus on security. /li liFamiliarity with the major players in the Security market, their products, positioning and strategies for both traditional and advanced persistent threats /li liDevelop products that enable organizations to discover, control, and enforce security policies on SaaS applications /li liSolid knowledge of security technologies and deployment methodologies /li liSuccessful Product Management experience in the network security field /li liHave at least 3 years IT project management experience managing different stakeholders including business process owners, external vendors, support teams with a background in IT operations management ensuring the smooth running of IT systems and infrastructure. /li liExperienced in solution implementation /li liResourceful, creative, takes initiative and responsible. /li liStrong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. /li liThe capability to organize, manage, and direct cross-functional teams to address and solve technical and business issues. /li liBachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or related discipline. /li liCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), or other relevant certifications are a plus. /li liPossess professional certification (i.e., Project Management, Business Analysis or related qualification) /li /ul h3Why choose us as your next destination? /h3 pWe are super proud of our dedicated team of friendly, energetic passionate professionals.
