MISSION: We are looking for a Marketing & PR Coordinator for a client, a premium German yacht brand redefining performance, innovation, and design through advanced carbon technology and a distinctive luxury lifestyle approach. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & PR Coordinator to support the execution of our international marketing activities and brand presence across key markets. This is an operational role focused on execution, coordination, and follow-up — ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving luxury environment and can manage multiple projects with attention to detail. FUNCTIONS/ RESPONSABILITIES: ▪ Coordinate and execute international boat shows, events, client activations, and VIP hospitality experiences ▪ Support the organisation and operational setup of the Mallorca Marina Sales Lounge and seasonal activities ▪ Execute lead generation campaigns and local marketing initiatives together with the sales team ▪ Ensure all qualified leads are properly followed up and handed over to the Sales Director ▪ Coordinate dealer marketing activities and support local market activations ▪ Manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-up with external partners and agencies including: ▪ Social media agency ▪ PR & press agency ▪ Graphic designers and content creators ▪ Event suppliers and production partners ▪ Coordinate press requests, media opportunities, influencer collaborations, and product information ▪ Organise photo shoots, sea trials, owner events, and brand experiences ▪ Support social media execution, newsletters, website updates, and seasonal marketing campaigns ▪ Capture and coordinate visual content creation from events and regional activities ▪ Maintain marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and CRM marketing assets ▪ Ensure consistent premium brand presentation across all touchpoints and events ▪ Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights ▪ Report marketing activities, lead generation efforts, and campaign results internally MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ▪ Minimum 3–5 years experience in marketing, PR, events, or luxury brand coordination ▪ Strong organisational and project management skills ▪ Hands-on mentality with the ability to execute and deliver ▪ Excellent communication skills and attention to detail ▪ Experience coordinating agencies and external suppliers ▪ Comfortable working in an international and entrepreneurial environment ▪ Passion for luxury, yachting, automotive, lifestyle, or hospitality industries is a strong advantage
