As the Head of B2B Marketing , you'll be responsible for the vision, strategy, execution, and reporting of all marketing efforts aimed at generating qualified leads for our B2B business across all markets. You'll drive relevant brand awareness and consideration among our core business target audiences, not only to deliver new leads but also to accelerate the pipeline through enhanced reassurance and consideration. While a marketing function, you'll work in a strong, symbiotic relationship with B2B sales , ensuring both functions complement and improve each other. Your span of control will be broad, potentially encompassing event marketing, local initiatives, digital marketing, CRM, growth, website management, product marketing, and content creation . You'll also maintain a close working relationship with the PR team, serving as a key stakeholder for their efforts. As a member of the Global Marketing Leadership team , you'll lead and inspire a geographically distributed team of B2B Marketers , driving their performance, development, and support. Your key responsibilities will include: • Strategic Marketing Leadership : Owning and evolving the go-to-market strategy in partnership with marketing leadership, defining frameworks, focus areas, and campaign priorities., • Commercial Alignment : Aligning marketing planning with commercial functions to achieve commercial targets and coordinating to amplify the impact of relevant events and initiatives., • Customer Devotion : Understanding our core audiences, actively targeting key decision-makers, use cases, triggers, and barriers, and consistently educating the marketing team on business audiences., • B2B Leadership Collaboration : Representing marketing with B2B leadership and working effectively to drive business growth, especially with sales leadership to optimise lead funnel conversion., • B2B Marketing Strategy : Creating, setting up, and delivering B2B marketing strategies that meet business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with the brand and relevant calls-to-action across various channels., • Commercial Enablement : Ensuring sales, CSM, and other teams have the necessary marketing collateral within budget, process, and strategy., • Lead Generation : Driving lead generation efforts., • Website Management : Overseeing the overall management of the business's B2B-focused website, integrating with broader web strategy. You should have experience managing and inspiring geographically distributed teams , demonstrating strong leadership, performance management, and team development skills. A deep understanding of brand awareness and consideration strategies within B2B markets is essential. Furthermore, your expertise should extend to managing various marketing channels and initiatives, including event marketing, digital marketing, CRM, content, and product marketing . Finally, you'll need to be adept at commercial alignment, customer devotion, and commercial enablement , ensuring marketing efforts directly support and enhance business objectives.
