JOB PURPOSE Work with main stakeholders in initiating, planning, directing, and managing the implementation of the Marketing Strategy for all businesses in Spain. Reporting to the Group COO and works with Director of Operations in Spain. This role highly contributes to brand awareness and positioning of the company resulting in positive profitability goals through traditional, blended marketing channels and trends as well as new and emerging digital technologies. Main Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships and communication with key partners in Operations to create solid marketing plans and serve as the primary point of contact for venues. - Drive strategy, plan and execute marketing initiatives for new projects, menu changes, special menus, remodels, and rebranding campaigns - Manage the Spain Marketing team and ensure positive individual performance output measured by independent KPI’s. - Responsible for the annual marketing budgets for individual venues. - Manage brand promotions to drive sales. - Manage the team of marketing department.
