The Role This is a role that is both creative and strategic. You’ll be the voice of Boho Club across social media — responsible for building, nurturing, and activating our digital community. You’ll work closely with the management and marketing team, with real creative freedom and direct access to one of the most visually stunning settings on the Costa del Sol. What You’ll Be DoingContent & Social Media – Managing the day-to-day across Boho Club’s social channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn – Creating original content that is visually striking and true to the Boho Club aesthetic – Planning and maintaining the editorial calendar with consistency and editorial judgement – Coordinating photo and video shoots with the in-house team or external creatives as needed – Writing compelling, carefully crafted copy in both Spanish and English, tailored to each platform – Tracking trends and proactively proposing formats or ideas that keep Boho relevant and fresh Community & Analytics – Managing comments, DMs, and mentions with the warmth and style that define Boho Club – Building genuine relationships with the community: guests, followers, influencers, and press – Identifying and managing collaborations with content creators and profiles aligned with the brand – Analysing performance metrics and presenting monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations – Monitoring Boho Club’s online reputation across review platforms and proposing improvement actions As Part of the Team – Showing up with energy and a good attitude, even during the busiest production weeks – Supporting paid social campaigns in coordination with the marketing team when needed – Participating in team meetings, creative brainstorms, and seasonal planning sessions – Collaborating closely with F&B, Rooms, and Wellness to capture content in real time What We’re Looking For – Previous experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager, ideally in luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle – Confident across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn; familiar with scheduling and analytics tools – A strong visual eye and the ability to produce or art-direct high-quality content – Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages welcome – Polished writing with personality, adaptable across platforms and audiences – Proactive, organised, self-directed, and genuinely passionate about luxury and hospitality – Passionate about brands with identity, community building, and the craft of exceptional hospitality
