At Flipflow , we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive (AE) to join our international expansion team and help us open new markets such as the USA, UK, Germany, and the Nordic countries . You’ll work directly with our Head of Sales and a small, dedicated team, becoming part of the core group that is building the company’s international growth engine. As a Senior Account Executive , you will be responsible for converting opportunities into customers, leading complex sales processes, and contributing directly to Flipflow’s international growth. Your impact will be critical in consolidating new markets. Specifically, you will: Lead full-cycle sales processes end-to-end: prospecting → discovery → demo → negotiation → close. Manage opportunities in markets such as the USA, UK, the Nordics, and the rest of Europe. Work closely with the Head of Sales on strategic and go-to-market decisions. Coordinate with the SDR team to maximize opportunity generation and conversion. Work on mid-market and enterprise opportunities, selling to C-level buyers, including large accounts. Analyze metrics, pipeline, and results to continuously optimize the sales process. Actively participate in building the international sales playbook. This role is ideal if you’re motivated by real ownership, direct impact, and growing alongside a fast-scaling company. Your profile 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, KAM, or Business Development professional in B2B SaaS environments. Strong experience in consultative selling and closing complex deals with medium/long sales cycles. Very high or bilingual level of English, essential for daily work. A second language at a very high or bilingual level is required: German and/or French and/or Italian . Proven experience closing high-value deals with C-level and senior decision-makers, leading strategic conversations and complex negotiation processes. Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive…). Previous experience or strong motivation for outbound prospecting, generating opportunities and relationships from scratch. Strong results-driven mindset, with a high sense of ownership and networking orientation. Academic background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or International Marketing.
