This person will work between 3 to 5 activities per week with varying working hours, depending on the activity. The activities rotate, and the entire team participates in all types of activities. We are looking for: Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential, as you will be giving historical tours in both languages and full language control is required. Sus principales funciones son las siguientes: Realizar las inspecciones iniciales de las averías notificadas y sus reparaciones si procede. Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipo e instalaciones de planta según planning. Mantenimiento conductivo y análisis de los parámetros registrados. Seguimiento de suministros (electricidad, agua, gas...), Seguimiento de stock de repuestos, solicitud en interno de los mismos. Aprendizaje e interpretación de manuales de mantenimiento de los equipos para su correcto mantenimiento y reparación. Documentación de toda la actividad en GMAO. Propuesta de mejoras en equipos, procesos e instalaciones para la eficiencia del departamento. Cumplimiento de la normativa de PRL aplicada a las labores desempeñadas. Instalaciones principales de la planta (Maquinaria industrial de hostelería, frio industrial, producción de calor, climatización, ACS, fontanería, torre refrigeración, producción CO2, equipos de elevación, albañilería…) Requisitos Formación en electricidad o electrónica, RITE, instalaciones frigoríficas, electromecánica o similar. Paquete office nivel básico. Proactividad e iniciativa. Conocimiento de GMAO. Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.
