Job Title: Chef We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest quality of culinary offerings. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair for cooking, strong leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities: 1. Menu Planning: Develop creative and innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends, dietary needs, and seasonal ingredients. 2. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to established recipes and standards. 3. Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 4. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of food and supplies, place orders as needed, and manage food costs to meet budgetary targets. 5. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation, conducting regular tastings and inspections to ensure consistency. 6. Food Safety and Sanitation: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices. Candidates should have proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hospitality environment.

We are looking for 1 more chef to complete our team at Rustica, Orihuela Costa. The ideal candidate is a professional who can keep up in a busy environment while keeping standards high. This is a full time, year round position with contract, salary, tips, holidays etc. The working language of thr restaurant is English so the candidate must speak it fluently.
