Puede encontrar toda la información relevante en la descripción a continuación. 1、负责办公室及覆盖区域的IT基础设施的建设和运维工作，包括机房工程、综合布线、网络设备、服务器的安装调试及运维，确保系统安全、稳定运行； 2、负责电脑、打印机等办公终端的安装、发放及日常硬件问题、桌面问题的检测和解决； 3、负责为全球办公用户提供7*24全球IT技术支持服务，熟悉ITSM系统及ITIL相关流程； 4、负责IT支持技术文档编写，构建IT知识库，推动IT服务标准化；定期总结IT技术支持的问题并输出报告，推动IT服务质量的优化和改善。 职位要求： 1、计算机相关专业，大学本科及以上学历； 2、2年以上海外办公室网络建设及桌面支持服务经验； 3、熟悉应用计算机网络方面专业知识，对主流路由器、交换机、防火墙、服务器产品及相关技术熟悉，有Cisco xcskxlj CCNA/CCNP或其他厂商相关认证优先； 4、所在国家语言、英语或中文可作为工作语言，口语流利沟通。
