Position Description FEUGA is seeking a professional specialised in the management of European Research and Innovation programmes to manage a MSCA COFUND project. The position requires solid knowledge of MSCA procedures, obligations and principles, as well as strong management, technical writing, planning and communication skills in multicultural environments. Main Responsibilities 1. Management of the TALENTGAL – MSCA COFUND Programme • Operational implementation of the programme in compliance with Horizon Europe MSCA COFUND requirements., • Coordination with the beneficiary entity and other national and international partners., • Preparation and follow-up of documentation: deliverables, technical and administrative reports., • Monitoring programme progress, risks, milestones and KPIs., • Financial monitoring of the project in accordance with the Horizon Europe Model Grant Agreement., • Preparation of documentation for reporting, audits and mid-term review. 2. Management of MSCA COFUND Calls • Organisation of the evaluation and selection process, ensuring compliance with OTM-R principles and MSCA criteria (mobility, eligibility, international panels, transparent criteria)., • Identification and management of expert evaluators (national and international) and support during the evaluation and redress processes., • Coordination of the publication of TALENTGAL calls on EURAXESS and other dissemination channels. 3. Training, Mobility and Career Development of Researchers • Monitoring of Career Development Plans., • Coordination with supervisors and monitoring committees., • Organisation of secondments and programme-specific training activities. 4. Coordination of the Programme Management Team • Close coordination with the communication manager to ensure coherence between programme implementation and external communication (calls, news, results, etc.)., • Coordination with the knowledge transfer manager to provide information on the progress of researchers’ projects and facilitate the identification of results with potential for valorisation and exploitation., • Ensuring efficient internal information flows among all entities and individuals involved in programme management., • Contribution to the joint planning of tasks, deadlines and milestones within the management team, aligned with MSCA COFUND obligations. RequirementsEducation • University degree (Bachelor or equivalent)., • A Master’s degree, MBA or PhD will be considered an asset. Experience Essential: • Direct experience in the management or coordination of MSCA COFUND programmes (H2020 or Horizon Europe), including interaction with REA, use of SyGMa, management of mandatory deliverables, reporting, verification of MSCA rules (mobility, eligibility) and compliance with OTM-R principles., • Participation in the drafting of MSCA or European R&I proposals., • C1 level of English (spoken and written)., • Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills in deadline-driven environments., • Technical writing and communication skills in a scientific-administrative context., • Availability for occasional travel.
