Your mission You’ll be part of the administration team, ensuring that all administrative processes and internal coordination run seamlessly and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will be: • Management of travel bookings: flights, hotels, trains, etc., • Management, processing, and filing of documents: delivery notes, invoices, orders, contracts, etc., • ERP management., • Control of representation expenses., • Telephone assistance and reception of visitors (clients, suppliers, carriers, contractors, etc.)., • Administrative support to the Finance, HR, and Procurement departments.
