Our client, a world-renowned provider of innovative printing and digital solutions, is seeking a Marketing Demand Generation Specialist to join their Marketing team. Based in Barcelona (Ripollet) under a hybrid model, this role focuses on building and optimizing multi-step email journeys and nurture flows that drive qualified leads and accelerate business growth. As part of a dynamic team, you will manage marketing automation tools like Pardot, leverage insights from the Customer Data Platform (CDP), and collaborate with Product, Sales, and external partners to enhance campaign performance and ROI. Key languages • Full professional level of English, • Professional level of Spanish, • Any other language is considered a plus Main responsibilities • Build, execute, and optimize multi-step email journeys and nurture flows in Pardot (or similar tools)., • Manage audience segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing logic to drive qualified leads., • Align campaigns with buyer personas, customer journeys, and value propositions., • Collaborate with Product and Content Marketing teams to gather creative assets., • Coordinate external sponsored email campaigns with media partners, ensuring GDPR compliance., • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, cadence, and CTAs to improve campaign performance., • Generate reports and insights (OR, CTR, MQL conversions) and recommend optimization actions., • Leverage data from the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and CRM for improved targeting., • Partner with Sales and Product teams on lead management and product launches., • Support lead-generation efforts during trade shows or marketing events. Core skills/experience • Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, • 2+ years in marketing analytics, MarTech, or related fields, • Proficient in Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar MAP tools., • Understanding of deliverability, personalization, and dynamic content., • Comfortable using CDPs, GA4, Excel/Sheets (v-lookups, pivots)., • Skills in data visualisation tools (eg:Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), • Understanding of AI-driven marketing tools, CDPs, and automation tools to support predictive analytics, • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively, • A team player with an open mindset, • Curious, willing to learn, and desire to grow in data-driven marketing What's on offer • Competitive salary, • Permanent contract, • Hybrid model (2 days at the office in Ripollet), • Flexible working hours, • Ticket restaurant, • Private health insurance, • Excellent office environment Our recruitment process? • Step 1: Interview with our Recruiter to get to know you better and give you advice on the recruitment process, • Step 2: Interview with the Hiring Manager, • Step 3: Interview with the Marketing Director, • Step 4: Interview with the HR + psychometric assessment
