Role Overview Corporate and Internal Legal Advisor based in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid. Responsible for legal advice related to property management, lease drafting and negotiation, and overarching real estate agreements in line with Santander Group policies. Responsibilities Legal advice on own-use property management for local operations (San España, HQ buildings, new HQ in Paseo de Pereda). Legal advice for Global Projects & Real Estate Office handling cross‑geography lease, purchase, construction and service agreements. Drafting, negotiating and managing leases, purchase options, office network, single‑asset management, construction contracts, and related service contracts. General legal support and risk identification for the Internal Real Estate client area. Participation in internal HUB legal projects on vendor contracting, simplification and automation of procurement processes, and review/update of global contract templates. Qualifications Minimum 3 years (required) to 5 years (preferred) of experience in legal advice on Real Estate or property law. Law degree with Master for admission to the Bar. English negotiation level C1 or higher (required). Technical excellence in real estate contract law and related regulations (required). Clear oral communication skills (required).
