From LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are looking for a Key Account Manager Europe & USA for a company belonging to an international group within the food industry, specialized in juice ingredients, including fruit concentrates, essential oils and compounds. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts across Europe and the United States, combining the consolidation of existing business with the development of new opportunities in international markets. This position is highly focused on a B2B environment, working directly with industrial clients specialized in beverages and juice-based products. Key Responsibilities • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts across Europe and the United States within the juice ingredients industry., • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets., • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored ingredient solutions., • Define and execute the commercial strategy, ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets., • Negotiate commercial agreements and conditions with international clients., • Work closely with internal teams (R&D, production, quality and operations) to ensure successful project execution., • Monitor KPIs and conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities., • Participate in international client visits, trade fairs and industry events. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales roles, such as Key Account Manager or similar., • Mandatory experience in companies specialized in the processing of fruits and vegetables and the development of juice ingredients for the food and beverage industry., • Experience must come specifically from companies focused on fruit concentrates, juice ingredients, essential oils or compounds for industrial applications., • Strong B2B commercial background within the juice ingredients sector., • Proven experience managing European and US markets., • Fluent English (C1–C2 level, mandatory). Spanish is required., • Strong knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools., • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills., • Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach., • Mandatory residence in Murcia (Spain)., • Availability to travel internationally up to 10 days per month.
