The company delivers high-performance hardware and software for utility-scale solar projects, and partners with the world’s leading developers, EPCs, and IPPs. This is a pivotal leadership position with broad operational responsibility across manufacturing, supply chain, project delivery, field service, and customer success. The role is ideal for a senior operations leader who thrives in high-growth, high-accountability environments and understands the complexity of delivering major renewable energy projects across Europe. Role Summary The Director of European Operations will oversee end-to-end operational execution for all projects in the region, ensuring excellence in delivery, safety, quality, cost performance, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with global operations, engineering, and commercial leadership to develop scalable processes, drive operational efficiency, and support regional expansion. You will play a key role in building and leading high-performing teams, strengthening supplier and partner networks, and ensuring the successful execution of large, multi-country solar portfolios. Key Responsibilities Lead all operational activities across Europe, including manufacturing partnerships, logistics, installation support, commissioning, and lifecycle service. Build and scale regional operational structures, teams, and processes to support rapid growth in multiple European markets. Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, risk mitigation, quality systems, and best-practice implementation. Partner with commercial teams to ensure effective forecasting, project planning, and resource allocation. Oversee strategic supplier relationships and contract manufacturing within the region. Maintain strong relationships with EPCs, developers, and utility customers to ensure seamless project execution and long-term performance. Provide executive-level reporting on KPIs, project progress, budget adherence, and operational readiness. Ensure compliance with European regulatory, environmental, and H&S requirements. Represent the company at industry forums, customer meetings, and strategic partner engagements as needed. Qualifications 10+ years of senior operations leadership experience in renewable energy, power infrastructure, or complex industrial manufacturing. Proven experience overseeing end-to-end delivery of large infrastructure or utility-scale energy projects. Strong understanding of European supply chains, EPC practices, and regulatory environments. Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and inspire cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. Excellent operational planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills. Engineering, Technical, or Business degree required; advanced degree preferred.
