Context : Within its grow strategy, Corsica Sole is expanding its activities in several European countries, with a real challenge to build up activities and create value in these new geographies, through organic growth, co-development, project acquisitions and/or joint venture agreements. The International Development division is organized as a small multidisciplinary team in Paris and local development teams in the countries under its responsibility. The International Development Manager will work closely with the Head of International Development. The International Development team is already responsible for Belgium and the Baltics area, and should be integrating other countries in 2026 and over the coming years. Role : • Market assessment and understanding: Perform and maintain, for some countries under responsibility, market & regulatory intelligence and competition analysis. Deeply understand market dynamics (energy matrix fundamentals, projects under development, PPA and tolling opportunities) and contribute to developing a suitable strategic vision for solar and storage projects in the countries under responsibility., • Project development: Monitor and execute the development of the projects in the countries under responsibility, through local team and/or with the support of local service providers: land rights, construction permits, connection permits, project management; Including, detailed mapping of the country’s development processes., • Business Development: Organize and proactively contribute to key business processes such as tenders, project acquisition and sale, joint venture agreements, co-development, including due diligence, valuation, tender strategy definition and execution, investment approvals, risk and profitability assessments., • Work proactively with internal teams of Corsica Sole as well as with external advisors and service providers (legal, technical, financial etc)., • Manage and report on the country’s activity (strategy, budgets, plannings), • Provide support to the Head of International Development on specific matters Hard skills: • Knowledge and experience in business development and project development in the energy sector, ideally in relation to storage projects or renewable projects., • Analytical skills, ability to deep dive into diversified problematics, collect and construct detailed understandings, ability to elaborate clear deliverables and to efficiently raise key points for decision making. Soft skills: • Entrepreneurial spirit & 360° vision: Ability to understand and manage projects and processes from all their point of view (technical, financial/business, legal, etc);, • Interpersonal skills & team spirit: ability to create and build-up relationships with key stakeholders, internally with the shareholders’ teams, and externally with service providers;, • Empathy, ethics & integrity. Education and professional background: • 3/5 years of professional experience in business development and/or project development, ideally in the renewable energy sector., • Higher education, preferably an Engineering degree with appetite for business development matters, or alternatively Business degree with appetite for energy sector. Languages: • English fluent;, • French fluent;, • Other European languages would be a great yet not required plus. Travels: Travels to Europe will be required. Job location: Paris
