Within Data & AI Tribe, the Designer / Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring the cross-functional consistency of Data evolutions internationally. You will work in Data Operations domain: composed of around 20 people in 3 countries (France, Spain and India), split in 2 Squads. The teams work in Agile mode, with a close relationship with business stakeholders worldwide and other IT teams. The Domain is part of Data & AI Tribe, and cover multiple business areas: buy, delivery, maintenance, insurance, telematics, remarketing, between others. The main technology expertise covered by the teams are: Datastage, TIBCO, OBIEE, Tableau and ODI. As a Designer, you will be working in relationship with experts of the business areas described: support their User Requirements definition and translating it to technical specification from the multiple technologies covered by the teams. You will support the IT Product Owner on the Backlog Items definition. Languages: • English (Fluent), • French (Fluent) Tools / technologies / methodologies: • MIDDLEWARE DataStage (Proficient), • DATABASE MANAGEMENT MICROSOFT SQL Server (Proficient), • METHODOLOGIES Agile (Proficient) Experience: • 5 year, • Understand business needs, with direct contact with business stakeholders., • Assess change proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals., • Participate to the slicing of Features into smaller Backlog items (either User stories or enablers / Non Functional Requirements (NFR)., • Analyze business needs and translate to technical specifications, sharing with other squad members., • Communicate, translate and simplify business requirements to ensure buy in form all stakeholders Act as a liaison between departmental business lines and development team within the organization., • Co-design with Business, Engineers and Testers the acceptance criteria and test scenarios., • Participate to the Backlog Refinement (with Stakeholders) & Backlog Review (within the squad) to elaborate backlog item., • Contribute to the preparation of Quartely Planning., • Lead the preparation and presentation of governance instances (ex.: WASS, TASS), together with experts (Architeture, Security, Risk, Data Protection, etc)., • Design and enrich the product User Experience., • Actively seek and is receptive to advice and constructive feedback by internal clients, partners and team members., • Propose, contribute and lead actions of Continuous Improvement., • Learn from other disciplines to improve squad’s efficiency., • Participate to the Designer Chapter: share knowledge, enrich best & learned practices, ensure design consistency on a cross-squad level.
