About the Role Main Responsibilities Lead the execution of the Scientific Affairs program to support the company's biomarkers portfolio across multiple therapeutic areas. Responsibilities • Managing the cohorts validation team, including the biostatisticians, to deliver comprehensive reports including biological validation and reporting., • Ensure successful execution of the scientific collaboration, with the investigator and the Sebia lab team., • Drive compliance for cohorts access and management, in collaboration with the legal department., • Oversee scientific engagement with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and advisory boards to ensure strong alignment, in close collaboration with the CSO and the biomarkers GM., • Secure collaborations and KOLs engagement to drive scientific publications and congress scientific presence, developing Sebia biomarkers programs external visibility., • Ensure all scientific affairs activities comply with global regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and internal governance., • Drive the creation and review of medical and scientific materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance, once accurate., • Monitor Scientific affairs projects per clinical pathway, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain high‑quality standards and secure the biomarkers program successful execution., • This role will report to the biomarkers GM (business leadership) and to the CSO (functional leadership). Qualifications • Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field (Master/Licence degree)., • Proficiency level in English, written and oral. Required Skills • Proven experience in leading Scientific Affairs activities at an international level, including scientific engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration., • Background in clinical research organization (CRO like) is strongly valued. Preferred Skills • Excellent strategic and scientific communication abilities, strong leadership, and the capacity to influence internal and external stakeholders., • Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, medical compliance, and industry standards., • Experience in managing KOLs with international standards., • Understanding of biostats processes and methodology is preferred.
