JOB DESCRIPTION • Country Service Operations Management: Take full responsibility for the overall service operations in designated countries. This includes dealer channel maintenance, after-sales technical support, establishment and optimization of the local service system, and the management of service specialist teams., • Training & Technical Guidance: Responsible for providing daily maintenance, after-sales service, and repair training and guidance to the team for key agricultural machinery products such as tractors and harvesters., • Special Project Management: Lead and execute proactive rectification plans, troubleshooting projects, and faulty vehicle rectification as proposed by the product line. Responsible for the collection and reporting of related field information., • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate effectively with the China Service Manager to oversee and manage the local service team, ensuring alignment with global service standards and strategies., • Industry Expertise Application: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as a service manager for leading agricultural machinery brands (e.g., Kubota, New Holland, Rewo), leveraging best practices in local service operations. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree or above in Agronomy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field., • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Manager within the agricultural machinery industry., • In-depth familiarity with the structural principles, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mainstream agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters, etc.)., • Willingness to accept frequent business trips and adapt to working and living environments in different countries., • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to independently coordinate and resolve technical issues with overseas clients and teams., • Strong problem-solving abilities, practical hands-on skills, and proven team management capabilities.
